A physical exam is a routine visit to make sure you’re healthy. We check your vital signs, such as your heart rate, temperature, respiration rate, and blood pressure and review your risk factors. We may order laboratory tests such as a complete blood count or a urinalysis to check for high blood sugar, high cholesterol, or anemia.

Medications for Addiction Treatment 

(MAT)

MAT involves the controlled use of FDA approved medications for the treatment of addiction. These medications help reduce cravings, prevent overdoses, and even block the effects of certain substances. Medications are an effective treatment for addictions to alcohol, opioids, and tobacco.

We offer Suboxone (buprenorphine), and Vivitrol (naltrexone).
